Lincoln Square Coaching LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates LSC Explorer (lscexplorer.com), a collection of free career exploration tools. We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about what information we collect.

Analytics Data (Automatically Collected)

When you use our Tools, we automatically collect anonymous usage data to understand how our Tools are used and to improve them. This data cannot identify you personally.

• Email Results: If you choose to email your results, you must provide the recipient's email address. This email is used only to send the results and is not stored in our database.

LSC Explorer is designed to be privacy-first. We do not collect:

These services process only anonymous data and do not receive any personally identifiable information from LSC Explorer. When you use AI features, only your anonymous results summary and questions are sent to Anthropic—never your name, email, or other identifying information.

Some LSC Explorer Tools include optional AI-assisted exploration features powered by Anthropic's Claude. These features are designed to help you understand and explore your results.

How AI Features Protect Your Privacy

• No personal information sent: Only your anonymous results summary (such as interest scores) is sent to the AI—never your name, email, or identifying details
• No storage by LSC Explorer: We do not log or store your AI conversations in our systems
• Real-time processing: Conversations happen in real-time and are not retained after your session
• You control sharing: If you email your results, you can choose to include AI conversations—they are only shared if you decide to share them
• Designed for ages 14+: AI responses use age-appropriate language suitable for Pre-ETS students and young adults

Important Limitations

AI-assisted features are for educational exploration only. AI responses are generated by a computer program and may contain errors or inaccuracies. They do not constitute professional career counseling or advice. Always discuss important career decisions with a qualified counselor or advisor.

LSC Explorer Tools may be used by students in Pre-Employment Transition Services (Pre-ETS) programs, which can include individuals under 18 years of age. Because we do not collect any personally identifiable information, there is no special risk to minors using our Tools.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Since our Tools do not require registration and collect no PII, this is enforced by design.

AI-assisted features are designed with age-appropriate language for users ages 14 and older. These features focus on educational exploration and self-discovery, using concrete examples and avoiding complex jargon.

LSC Explorer is designed with FERPA (Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act) and HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) considerations in mind:

• No educational records are created or stored — We do not maintain any records that could be considered part of a student's educational record, including AI conversation logs.
• No protected health information is collected — We do not collect information about health conditions, disabilities, or treatment.
• Nothing to breach — Because we don't store identifiable data, there is nothing that could be exposed in a data breach.
• Nothing to subpoena — We don't retain records that could be requested through legal processes.

We offer an optional email newsletter to keep users informed about new tools and updates to LSC Explorer. This service operates independently from our career exploration tools:
